Jayanthi Rajendran is a dynamic and fast-rising leader in Tokio Marine Life, beginning her journey as a part-timer in 2019 before transitioning to full-time in 2020. With a background in B.Ed and prior experience as a banker, she quickly established herself as a top performer, earning major achievements such as the 100k Club and driving 400k AFYP team production within just 12 months. Her leadership ability propelled her to become an Assistant Unit Manager in April 2021 and a Unit Manager in July 2022, where she built the Panthera Leo team and successfully developed new Assistant Unit Managers.
